GENERAL CARE

LESS WASHING

Not every wear needs a wash. If your clothes aren’t sweaty or stained, wear them again.
In cooler weather, try this quick guide before doing laundry:

● Tops & Shirts → 1–3 wears
● Jeans & Pants → 4–5 wears
● Sweaters & Jackets → once or twice per season
● Undergarments & Socks → wash after every wear

Sometimes, just airing out or spot-cleaning is all you need—saving your clothes, water, and
energy.

WASHING SEPARATELY

Keep your clothes safe by washing them separately:

● Separate fabrics – wash rough items like denim, twill pants separately from your
delicates.
● Avoid colour bleed – wash light color and bright separately.
● Use laundry bags – an extra layer of protection that makes every wash a win-win.

RIGHT TEMPERATURE

Washing at the right temperature protects your clothes and the planet:

● Cold wash (20–30°C) → best for most everyday clothes, saves energy.
● Warm wash (40°C) → good for towels, sheets, and moderately soiled items.
● Hot wash (60°C+) → only for heavily soiled clothes or when you need deep cleaning.

Lower temperatures mean longer life for your clothes and less energy used

DRYING OUT

How you dry your clothes matters as much as how you wash them

● Air-dry when possible → gentler on fabrics, saves energy.
● Avoid direct sunlight → it can fade colours and weaken fibres.
● Lay flat for knits & delicates → keeps shape intact.
● Use the dryer sparingly → only when necessary, and on low heat.

Good drying habits = longer-lasting clothes + lower energy bills

STEAMING INSTEAD OF IRONING

Give your clothes a gentler touch:

● Steaming is fabric-friendly → no harsh pressure or shiny marks.
● Smooths and refreshes → removes wrinkles while killing odours and bacteria.
● Safe for delicates → silks, wools, and blends love steam.
● Quick & convenient → no board needed, just hang and steam.

Steaming keeps your clothes looking fresh without wearing them out
