We offer a 15-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Returns are accepted only if:

  The piece is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  Original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact

  The item is returned in its original condition
  

Each return is carefully reviewed to ensure our quality standards are upheld.

Refunds

Once the returned piece is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 15 days.

You may choose between:

  Direct bank transfer, or
  
• 
  Store credit, redeemable on future purchases
  

Refunds are issued only after a successful quality check.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 15 days, subject to stock and size availability.

In the event your preferred option is unavailable:

  You may select an alternative piece, or
  
• 
  Receive store credit of equal value
  

Sale & Promotional Purchases

Pieces purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for returns.

However, they may be:

  Exchanged, subject to availability, or
  
• 
  Converted into store credit if an exchange is not possible
