1. Shipping Destinations

We ship orders within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Please check if we deliver to your specific location by entering your PIN code at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹500.

For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping rate of ₹50 applies.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Duration

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS, allowing you to monitor the shipment status.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping times, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, logistical issues, or public holidays.

We will inform you promptly if we anticipate any significant delays in the delivery of your order.

7. Address Modifications

Please ensure that your address is accurate at checkout. For any modifications after placing an order, contact our support team within 24 hours of order placement.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you for an updated address. Reshipping fees may apply.
